Q. How do I turn on my device?

A. Simply press the power button. Make sure your device is either plugged in or charged prior to use.

Q. How do I operate the heat setting and do I have to use it?

A. Heat is optional. Just hit the power button once and when the red lights turn off, so does the heat.

Q. How do I adjust the speed settings?

A. When the device is turned on, the speed will be on the highest level. Press the speed button, located next to the power button, once to adjust to a lower speed. Continue pressing until your desired speed is reached.

Q. How long should I use my device each session?

A. The Bio6 is pre-programmed for 20-minute sessions and will automatically turn off following the end of a session. Ultimately, your treatment time should be based on your comfort. We recommend working your way up in treatment time. You can always add more time after a session has ended if you feel like it would benefit your body.

Q. How do I connect to Bluetooth?

A. Connecting to Bluetooth is easy! Just follow this step-by-step guide.

    1. Power your device to “on” mode.
    2. Open the Addaday app.
    3. On the app home screen, select "add device.”
    4. Select your device type.
    5. The nodules on your device will light up blue indicating you are now connected to Bluetooth.

Q. Do I have to use Bluetooth?

A. You don’t have to use Bluetooth, but we recommend connecting with Bluetooth to use the Addaday app, which will enhance your experience. The Addaday app offers access to tailored routines 24/7/365 designed to alleviate aches and pains, aid in relaxation and guide you through warm-up and recovery. Plus, with special features such as a remote control setting to control your device, the app removes any guess work and makes the experience so easy and completely hands free!

Q. Are there any spots on which I should not use my device?

A. As with any manual therapy, there are associated health risks with kneading therapy too. Do not use your device on or near: open lesions or sores; chaffed, raw or scalded skin; on or near an infection; directly on bony prominences; internally, on the head - unless as directed; on or near areas where skin is hypersensitive or numb. We also recommend consulting your medical practitioner before use and/or immediately if you experience a reaction to the therapy.

Q. Is this device wireless?

A. No, the Bliss is not wireless. In order to use your device, make sure it is plugged in and charging.

Q. How do I operate the heat setting and do I have to use it?

Q. How do I adjust the massage settings?

A. The Bliss features multi-point, two-directional massage with three massage modes (auto, low or high intensity). To adjust, simply press the mode button, the middle button with “M” printed on it. Mode 1 is auto intensity, Mode 2 is low massage mode and Mode 3 is high massage mode.

Q. How do I change the massage rotation?

A. Simply press the third button located to the far right of the control panel. It has a circular design on it for easy reference. With each press, you can easily shift between massage rotations.
