A. All Addaday devices come with a 30-day feel good guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, simply send your products back (free of charge) for an exchange or full refund within 30 days.
Q. How do I make a return or exchange?
A. If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange. We can better serve you if we understand the reasons for your request. When we receive your package, we will credit the card you paid with for the full purchase price of your product(s) or will put in a new order for a replacement device. Q. Do Addaday devices come with a warranty?
A. Yes, all of Addaday’s products come with a 1-year limited warranty.
Q. What does the limited warranty cover?
A. The limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the 1-year period. During the 1-year period, Addaday will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Q. What does the warranty not cover?
A. The limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by accidental damage due to improper use, rough usage or poor transport and storage conditions.
Q. Does Addaday have a price matching policy?
A. Addaday will match pricing for up to 14 days for devices purchased from addaday.com.
