Jumper's Knee (Patellar Tendonitis)

Patellar tendonitis is an injury or inflammation of the tendon that connects your kneecap (patella) to your shinbone (tibia). A frequent injury of athletes, especially those who participate in jumping sports such as basketball or volleyball, jumper's knee causes pain under the knee cap and through the patellar tendon.

Use the BioZoom to breakup adhesion. Watch the following videos below and follow Dr. Mike's outlined protocols

After you have completed the BioZoom, finish with the BioPad to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation and pain.  Place the BioPad on on the patellar tendon such that it covers the tendon and wraps around to side of knee.  Run the BioPad for a 20 minute cycle.
